We will happily work on structures which you have acquired elsewhere, this may be general maintenance, repairs, or removal & relocation. Our crews are experienced in working on a wide variety of buildings. We also will consider buying the temporary buildings from you in the case you no longer require it.

PLANNING

WS Temporary Buildings offer a full planning service along with CAD’s to present to the council for planning approval. This may be for a retrospective approval if the unit is needed urgently or a full planning consent, both give the same long-term outcome. As the units are classed as temporary it can be a quick and easy solution to your needs.

CADs

We can provide a full CAD service and if required superimpose our building onto an existing CAD of your premises. The CAD’s provide you with a complete understanding of the unit to be supplied and its location.

SITE VISITS

An important and useful way for you to gain knowledge of the products we have to offer and for our team to gather information on your specific requirements. This is a totally free, without any obligation service. 

SUB TERRAIN SCAN

Whether it is a tarmac/hardcore site or in preparation for concrete to be laid, we can offer full scanning services which can include a geo scan or core samples if required. We then provide you with a CAD for you to keep for future reference.

Ham Baker | WS Temporary Buildings

Ham Baker

An insulated building, 15m span x 80m long x 5.2m high to eaves. The THERMO roof structure along with sandwich panel walling creates an insulated building which will be initially used for storage.The THERMO roof not only gives an insulation value but also dramatically reduce the risk of condensation.

From point of order to completion took just three weeks and has been installed onto an existing concrete slab. The client has a future requirement to turn the building into separated work area’s which is easy to convert using internal divisions.Additional roller shutter doors will also be added.

These will be rented out. This is another way a WS temporary building demonstrates its flexibility.

BT Fleet | WS Temporary Buildings

On this occasion we supplied BT Fleet with a 20m span x 25m long x 6.2m high to eaves, to be used as a vehicle workshop.

WS Temporary Buildings supplied, LED lighting, heating & the concrete floor for the project.

We took on organisation of the planning requirements & ensured the temporary buildings was fully site specifically  calculated.

The Thermo insulated building provides an ideal solution for a workshop whether it is vehicle maintenance or repairs etc to other goods.

The unit can be in place within just a couple of weeks, rented or purchased and in place from just a few months to 25 or more years.
